It is imperative that our clients are seen on time.
We understand that sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances you may be running late for your appointment,
But we ask all our customers to please be mindful of our time as well as other clients time and call ahead to inform us of the delay.
Extreme delays will be down to the discretion of management.
Continued lateness will, however, result in being turned away from your appointment and loss of your deposit.

We totally get that unexpected things may come up and plans can change, so we just kindly ask that if you cannot make your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to reorganize our schedules and accommodate other clients.
However, if an appointment is not cancelled within the applicable period, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total service. We hope you understand that this policy helps us maintain the high standards that you all deserve!
If you do not show up for your appointment with us or are later then 15 mins we may not be able to complete full service booked but your will be charged full price of orignal appointment. No Shows will be charged 100% of service

At our salon, we kindly request that you do not bring your children to your appointment. We understand that as a parent, it can sometimes be challenging to arrange childcare, but please consider that our salon space is not large enough to accommodate children in order to maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all clients.

At The Sober Colourist, clients are permitted to a maximum of two reschedules for their appointment. If a third reschedule is necessary, the initial deposit will be retained, and a new appointment must be booked.

In accordance with EU regulations, manufactures guidelines and company policy an allergy test is mandatory for all clients who are having a colour service.
This is to make sure that you are not allergic to any of the products that we will be using on your hair.
This should be completed no later then 48hrs prior to your colour appointment.
All new clients must book a patch test and consultation when booking for the first time.
Blow Dry and cuts are not included in colour pricing but are compulsory to ensure your colour is perfect when leaving the salon.
